Cancellation & Rescheduling • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Children & Guests • For the comfort of all clients, we ask that children be supervised at all times. • Non-service guests are welcome but may be asked to wait in the lounge area during busy times. 5. Payment & Gratuity • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other available payment methods. • Gratuities are appreciated but not required and can be given at your discretion. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee • Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns. • Any adjustments to your service must be requested within 48 hours of your appointment. 7.
